Jam!

We made strawberry jam the other night. The kids were great helpers, really! Amara was all seriousness all the while she cut up the strawberries, and Ethan opened his mouth in excitement and surprise every time he managed to actually cut off a chunk of strawberry. They also helped with stirring and measuring, and that's really all there is to it!
