Toddler-ese

Amara came up with two new words today:

She enjoys using toothpicks to eat little fingerfoods, and was looking for one today. Her word for toothpick today: forkchop.

While playing with playdough and looking for a rolling pin: rolling skate.

She also fell off the computer chair today and ended up balanced precariously upside down with her head in a small garbage can and her ice cream cone still right side up. She was willing to sacrifice herself to preserve her ice cream.

She spent quite a bit of time with Boppa today. Typing big letters on the computer is often a big hit with Amara, and today she learned to type her name by herself. They also spent awhile drawing pictures.
