Go Bolts!

Yep, the Chargers won again! It has been a long time coming. Every year I start talking about how great they are going to do and more often than not they collapse. The last few years have been less disappointing but this year, with this win, the team has really proven itself. Today the Chargers beat the reining Super Bowl Champion Colts.



The downer is that three of the major starters, Rivers, Tomlinson and Gates are injured, which spells trouble. But the Chargers are one of the deepest teams in the NFL and they can field a competitive team. Unfortunately for them they have to face the Pats, who are rolling on a perfect season and some are saying that the current NE team is the greatest to ever play the game. Last years loss to the Pats in the playoffs was especially bitter. San Diego was working over Tom Brady when a number of really, really stupid fouls and decisions allowed the Pats to scrape out a win.

Well, here is to hoping that everyone gets healthy quickly and that the Chargers pull off the upset of the Decade, perhaps the biggest upset in football history.
