Today
Today we had a pleasant springy pre-Easter day!
This morning we went to a little Easter egg hunt at a friend's house. The kids all found eggs, then wanted to hide them and do it all over again! Whenever Amara has trouble opening a plastic egg, she starts trying to crack it on stuff, like a real egg. Ack!
We also dyed Easter eggs (finally)! Amara really caught on quick and kept busy for awhile. She kept trying to "dry" her eggs by putting them inside plastic eggs. She also wanted to carry them all around and ended up dropping a few.
More flowers in bloom!
Tonight we spent awhile out back and had a bbq while enjoying the nice weather. Ethan sure seemed to enjoy it. He's getting pretty good at sitting independently, though he still topples on occassion.

Amara certainly looks intent on what she's doing. And Ethan looks so happy. Your iris blooms are magnificent...ours haven't even started yet. Too rainy and cold. (It's raining again today...) Love you kids! Happy Easter!!
