Have I mentioned that Washington is beautiful? Well, it is. Here's the family atop Mt Erie last week. I think Ethan's working the superhero angle.
Amara spent some time ....ummm... actually, now that I think about it, I have no idea what she was doing in her notebook. Probably drawing what she saw, but I don't think I ever inspected it. She was busy though and the view is amazing.
Ethan's full body pout makes an appearance (not Washington's best feature, but still noteworthy).
This is a bald eagle that lives right down the street. I was standing on the beach looking up at this tree when I took the picture.
