Our llittle Jukebox

One of our family members gave Amara the nickname Jukebox while we were up here in Washington.  Its the perfect name for her right now - there's constantly music emanating from her.  She's humming much of the time.  Her favorite tunes to hum:  Star Wars music is the number one choice (especially the dark side music), as well as the theme from Harry Potter, WallE, and a variety of princess and movie theme songs.  She also does Primary songs from church, like Called to Serve, I Love to See the Temple, Did Jesus Really Live Again?, and others.  I'm often amazed at her awareness of songs in movies and shows, and how she remembers them after lengthy intervals.  A few months ago, we downloaded a handful of Pixar's digital shorts, like One Man Band, Boundin', and For the Birds. (Each Pixar film has one of these shorts included with the movie).  We haven't watched them since moving down south, but I still recognized the Boundin' theme coming from Amara yesterday.  She's always trying to get us to play Name That Tune, too.  She will hum various songs AS LOUD AS POSSIBLE and try to get us to guess.  Even Ethan's getting so he can pick out a lot of the different songs.
