Aebleskiver

According to Alan, aebleskivers are a required component of General Conference weekend breakfasts.  We have tried in the past to make these, but only been partially successful.  Fortunately this time grandma was there to help us work out the kinks.

If you have no idea what aebleskivers are, Mathis is kindly displaying one below.  Basically a ball shaped pancake covered in syrup and powdered sugar!

Other notable events from the weekend: Grace rolled back to front numerous times (a feat that she seems uninterested in repeating), and also front to back a couple of times.
