Pucker up
This little guy is such a crack up. He found a tray of chap stick and lipstick and, well...
Ethan is really a character. His vocabulary is expanding so quickly. He repeats everything we tell him, and he has a great memory. Tonight he was telling us about candy at a parade (which we went to over a month ago). He is so silly and exaggerated in a lot of his actions. I need to get some video on here of him dancing, or stomping around or doing any of the many silly things he does regularly. He's also become quite a tease/jokester. It often surprises me that someone so young "gets" these kinds of things, but he does. He likes to call everything "mine!", complete with squinty eyes and a big smile, just to tease us. He knows that the item he's claiming is not his, and he has no real intention of actually taking it, but he wants to play the game. He also loves to copy Amara. She likes to play along and suggest strange words/sounds/phrases for him to say, and he willingly complies. It often results in a rather entertaining exchange.
I really don't feel like I've done any sort of justice to the silly rascal that is Ethan, but perhaps over time, and with video coverage and actual contact, all will be able to witness his cute craziness.

Hi Rachel!
We haven't actually settled yet. We were traveling through Idaho and stayed for a little over a week, but we are actually staying in CA with my parents for awhile. So no job yet and not permanently settled. How about you guys? Have you moved?
