I wanna hold your hand...
Ethan's latest method of requesting assistance is holding out his hand, saying "and?" He's asking to hold my hand so he can drag me around and show me what he wants. Its quite useful, and cute. He can be quite persistent though-denying of the hand causes great frustration!
