Watch Out Butterflies

Lately he's been doing a lot of reaching for toys. In fact, Amara was giggling like a crazy person today when he was grabbing things from her and dropping them.

Amara's been writing stories lately. She always has amazing pictures. Her latest involves princesses, a duel and silly pirates. The object of all the chaos is..... a beautiful dress.

And Ethan. Yesterday he excitedly proclaimed that he'd learned to draw a butterfly. He showed me his very cute picture and headed into the other room. He returned a couple minutes later wielding another picture: A Butterfly Eating Monster. Unfortunately, Blogger wasn't liking the scanned version, so I shall describe it. Picture a large circle. Inside that circle is a smaller circle. And inside that smaller circle is a full circle of sharp pointy teeth. Inside that toothy mouth are multiple butterflies. Yikes.
