I have to say that I love the workings of the 3 year-old mind. This picture cracks me up for so many reasons. First, note the TP on the floor - still attached to the role in the bathroom. It was Amara's "train". Next, behold the fashion sense. She dressed herself quite normally this morning, except her pants were on backwards. But later in the day she added her purple tights (part of her Halloween costume) OVER her pants, backwards and inside out. Stylin'! Last, notice the double lollipop action. We returned from California with a lot more toys, so we took everything out of Amara's closet today to make more room, and in the process found her "Christmas bag" AKA Halloween bag which I'd stashed in the closet.
Amara has a bit of a lollipop obsession, but she also has about a 5 lick maximum per lolli. This results in a lot of opened and unfinished lollipops. She was alternating licks, but soon she switched to a more efficient grip with both in the same hand, which also freed up a hand for playing! Here's her stash after about 15 minutes.

LOVE the outfit...and the lollies. Too cute. Your kids are ADORABLE! (I'm sad that we didn't get to see you when you were in davis...maybe next time?)
